for key business partner role in shaping the growth of a large division.
The company offers a portfolio of value added services to retail, distribution, manufacturing, financial, consumer products and government agency clients in the areas of transportation, warehouse, out source processing, packaging, pick up and delivery and hardware and custom software implementation and support.

Job Requirements
In continuing effort to remain non-union the company is looking to hire an employee relations professional in the role of Regional HR Director.
This regional HR leadership position will be responsible for HR generalist duties with a primary focus on employee relations for 10 - 15 major Service Centers within a 1,000 mile radius of the largest market center. 30% overnight travel to remote locations is required, 30% local travel.
Position requires min. 5-10 years experience working for a large hourly employee oriented service company ideally from transportation, distribution, logistics, cargo, freight, LTL, waste, service, casino, hotel, food service, laundry or related industries.
Must be current on labor law knowledge, progressive employee grievance resolution, succession planning, management training and
and process improvement practices as related to LEAN and profit and loss.
Bilingual skills in English / Spanish highly desirable.
Minimum BS BA education required.
Outstanding compensation package includes base salary range $90 - $110K bonus potential $10-$15K, retirement plan in matching 401k at 125%, tuition, life and health insurance.
