A law firm seeks an attorney with over four years of experience to join its Immigration Law practice group in Billings, MT. The firm is open to considering a Senior Staff Attorney to work remotely from Arizona or Colorado.

Duties

• Handle employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, and dependent applications.
• Manage J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions, and adjustment of status filings.
• Engage in consular processing and I-9 compliance.
• Assist with U.S. naturalization, family-based immigration, and humanitarian programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in immigration law.
• Licensed to practice law with a good reputation in the legal community.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any U.S. state.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of employment-based visa processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
