Duties

• Conduct client consultations and meetings.
• Analyze and research legal issues.
• Participate in 341 hearings and confirmation hearings.
• Engage in motion practice.
• Interact extensively with clients via meetings, calls, and emails.

Requirements

• Reside in the Tampa Bay area.
• Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong client interaction skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
