Duties

• Conduct estate planning consultations with clients.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Customize estate plans based on client goals, including faith-based structures.
• Review and revise documents to meet high standards.
• Oversee probate matters and sign pleadings as needed.
• Provide strategic input on estate planning structures.
• Assist with select real estate and transactional matters.
• Maintain organized case files and coordinate with staff.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of legal experience preferred, especially in estate planning or probate.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage client consultations independently.
• Analytical mindset with sound legal judgment.
• Comfort working within structured systems.
• Cultural competency and professionalism.
• Experience with Islamic estate planning principles is a plus.
• Florida Bar license required and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
