Duties

• Manage all phases of construction litigation, including pre-trial discovery and settlement negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and motions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Prepare for court depositions and analyze witness testimonies.
• Advocate for clients through legal motions and court appearances.
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice and communicate case developments.
• Maintain meticulous case management records.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in construction law or general & commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of procedural law and legal drafting techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education
