This person will be essential in maximizing the Humana experience and customer satisfaction. Adds/Deletes Employer Portal
Benefit Education
EDI Enrollment support
Billing Reconciliation (EDI)
Claims support/resolution and follow up
Customer Service
Written Communication (Humana updates and initiatives)
Liaison between Humana and Group (communication)
Go365 Engagement Initiatives
Education
Socialization
Challenge Organization
Technology Support (App/Site)
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Experience
Administrative Experience
Systems Navigation
HR and or Employee Benefit Support experience
Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Time Management Skills
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Life and Health License (or can acquire within 60 days)
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
